I’ve been working out here for close to two years now, and I couldn't recommend it enough. The coaches are highly capable, knowledgeable, and genuinely empathetic. They take the time to work with you, building on your strengths while thoughtfully guiding you through your limitations and injuries. Beyond the top-notch coaching, the gym fosters a warm, very inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome regardless of their fitness level and age. Truly a special community!

Dear Selcen, thank you so much for this awesome rating and sweet words!! C U soon at the bar:)
I started strength training in March last year at Spree Intense Fitness Berlin.
Small-group personal training. First women-only, now mixed. Heavy weights, a lot of sweat, and quite a few moments of thinking: There is no way I can lift that.
One thing our trainer Nico Peschke said stayed with me:
"𝗠𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵. 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝘀."
Because over the past year, strength training hasn’t just changed my body. It has changed my perception of what I am capable of.
I’m stronger than I thought.
And interestingly, this connects deeply to my work in futures, transformation and working with uncertainty.
A lot of my work is about questioning the limits we take for granted.
* What do we assume is fixed?
* What have we learned to see as impossible?
* Where are we extrapolating from the past instead of discovering new capacity?
Strength training makes this incredibly tangible.
You don’t become stronger by knowing exactly what your body will be capable of six months from now.
You create the conditions. You challenge the system. You recover. You adapt. You repeat.
Consistency creates capacity.
And capacity changes what becomes possible.
Especially in perimenopause, I find this powerful. There are so many narratives about ageing as loss. Strength training has given me another one: this can also be a time of deliberately building strength.
Muscle is your friend.
But so is the experience of discovering that you can carry more than you thought.
Perhaps that is one of the most important things I have learned — in the gym and in my work:
𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.
Strength can be built.
In bodies.
In people.
In organisations.
And in our capacity to meet futures we cannot yet know.

Vielen Dank liebe Fili!!
I trained at this gym for eight months and had such a great experience. The classes were amazing, the coaches were always supportive, welcoming, and full of energy. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and the trainers were always there to help, answer questions, and motivate me.
The atmosphere in the gym was incredible — not only because of the staff, but also because of the people training there. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and fun to be around.
Highly recommended!

Liebe Nancy, vielen Dank!
